John and Kelly’s boats LLC started at a marina renting boats…. I found that there is such a limited time to rent boats locally and the cost of storing the boats made it difficult to show a profit… One day a new customer came in and asked if he could rent the boat for a week.. He said the only problem is that I need the boat on Little Gasparilla Island and I will need to keep it there for the whole week… It all worked so well that I thought no one else is doing this maybe this will be my business from now on…
I started with one boat and every year I add 1 more boat to my fleet… This year I have 12 boats available for my customers to use during the busy months…
