Now you can enjoy a great family-friendly bayfront cottage on Little Gasparilla Island that has been recently renovated. Located near the north end of the island with beautiful bayfront views and has its own private boat dock for added convenience for unloading or just dropping a line in the water for fishing. Two bedrooms, each with its own TV. Outside you will love having your own outdoor shower area for rinsing the sand and saltwater away. Step inside to find a nice open floorplan living area, nice kitchen area with stainless appliances and full size washer and dryer. Please note there is not a dishwasher. The ensuite master bedroom has a shower/tub combo and sliding glass doors to the back porch. The front porch offers phenomenal views of the Bay and allows you to keep an eye on your boat at the dock. This property is the perfect vacation home where you can enjoy spending your days relaxing on the beach or on the water fishing and boating. (Boats in excess of 24 ft are not recommended.) Little Gasparilla’s beautiful private beach is a five-minute walk.
